{"id":12,"date":"2022-09-16T15:07:01","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T15:07:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.simusuite.com\/?p=12"},"modified":"2023-07-14T13:46:28","modified_gmt":"2023-07-14T13:46:28","slug":"the-first-post","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.simusuite.com\/?p=12","title":{"rendered":"Simulated Calling Environments"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>These were our original tests, devised over 25 years ago.&nbsp; Tried, tested and proven in some of the most harsh and pressured environments, they give a clear indication of the ability of an individual to undertake a contact centre role.&nbsp; The environments range from 999 call centres to financial services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The test checks an individual&#8217;s ability to translate auditory information (the simulated call) into written information which they enter into a call logging screen. The test is completed under timed conditions which introduces the element of real-world pressure that is most often faced in these scenarios.  As there are ten consecutive simulated calls this also assesses an individual&#8217;s resilience under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a number of stock environments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emergency Services (Fire, Police, Ambulance)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance (Automotive, General, Claims)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilities (Gas, Water, Electric, Housing Defects)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicle Breakdown<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are also able to build bespoke scenarios for clients who have specific needs or want the test to more closely replicate their own environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These were our original tests, devised over 25 years ago.&nbsp; Tried, tested and proven in some of the most harsh and pressured environments, they give a clear indication of the ability of an individual to undertake a contact centre role.&nbsp; The environments range from 999 call centres to financial services.
