Responding to emails

The candidate is presented with a scenario, including an email from a customer, plus a number of business guidelines, such as authority to give discounts or company style of responses.

They are then required to write a response, including all formatting, style and layout.

This test will identify how a candidate will likely interact with your customers, how well they can comply with company protocols and their use of language.

We have stock scenarios but can also customise to your individual company or specific environment.
